About me.

I am a coach, mentor, leader, and creative. I’ve spent my career building, developing, and coaching large teams in complex corporate environments. Through this work I’ve learned the deep importance of building trust, communicating effectively, investing in others, and advocating for yourself. I have the same passion and expertise for brief writing that I have for boundary setting and I’m thrilled to blend it all into my coaching practice. 

I was born in New York City and spent my early years surrounded by expats at the United Nations International School. This early exposure to such inspiring cultural diversity shaped my outlook on the world and played an important role in my creative pursuits. After university, I spent over a decade living and working in Boston before moving to Berlin to pursue a new life adventure. I’ve grown more in my life as an expat than at any other life stage and I’m excited to bring my unique perspective and creative problem solving to your biggest challenges.
